Value and culture development
Operational health management
I work at FORAN because people are at the center here. That fits with my understanding of establishing and promoting a healthy organization. As a person, I strive to make a difference in the lives of others. After graduating with a degree in Political Science and Cultural Studies, I completed a six-month internship in New York with the Cultural Department of the Consulate General of Switzerland. Afterwards, I earned a Master’s degree in Management, Organization and Culture at the HSG. I like the cultural studies approach to organizational design issues. People often talk about optimization, leaner processes or lean management, and forget about people and the system in which they operate. If an organization establishes healthy structures, this has a great impact on the employees. They become more satisfied and carry this attitude into their entire environment.
I want to contribute to a world that rethinks resources wisely and uses time wisely. Sometimes less is more. That’s why I’ve been volunteering for years, for example for low-threshold access to art and culture. I love to discover new things, have a balancing nature and enjoy working in a team. With my work at FORAN, I am happy to be involved in forward-looking consulting and to break new ground in organizational development. Because change always comes from within. That is what we stand for.
